Glad you found us! CTX Facility Services is a locally owned property maintenance service, serving both commercial and residential properties throughout Central Texas. For our residential clients and services, we operate under the name, 'CTX Home Services.'
Scott, the business owner, along with a few family members and friends, humbly began the business about a decade ago. From interior local cleaning services and property maintenance, to large exterior landscape projects and specialized services, such as HVAC, plumbing and pest control. CTX has slowly built a wide array of local property maintenance services which eases the burden for our clients when it comes to creating new projects and your properties ongoing maintenance demands. Rather than outsourcing projects to numerous contractors, CTX is proud to offer a variety of work to our-clients, which in turn, allows you to simply maintain one contractor relationship. A relationship we deeply value a take serious.
At CTX, Scott believes hard work, honesty and transparency are the reward of opportunity, lasting relationships and personal satisfaction. We aren't here to run a business, we're operating a lifestyle built with respect, hard work, professionalism and reliability.
