First and foremost, CTX Facility Services is a local, and family owned services business located in Northwest Austin, Texas. We provide local landscape and comprehensive cleaning services for both, residential and commercial properties throughout Central Texas. We're thrilled to say we've been busy at work serving the local communities since 2019. Glad you found us!
What we do
From interior cleaning, which includes carpet, hard-floor, window and general cleaning services to exterior lawn and landscape projects, CTX Facility Services has crafted a variety of supplemental property maintenance services. All of our services strategically supplement one another, which allow us the ability to maintain various facilities and residential spaces to their entirely. This eases the burden on our clients when it comes to hiring local service providers. With CTX as your resource, you're hiring one provider to handle a variety, if not all, of your property maintenance demands, rather than outsourcing to numerous contractors. Even when times require a service we don't offer internally, our time in the industry has brought us strong referral relationships and we often facilitate these subcontracts for services such as HVAC, plumbing, pest control pool cleaning etc.
